PMGT 690 Example

Example ePortfolio organized with each of the five Process Groups on one page

Welcome

This portfolio demonstrates how to conduct the processes outlined in the PMBOK.  To view tools, templates and best practices for project management, use the navigation menu at right.

The project management portfolio is the opportunity for Embry-Riddle MSPM and PMGT students to display their mastery of project management to their instructors, fellow classmates, co-workers, employers, potential employers, family and friends by providing evidence of what they have learned and accomplished during their PMGT coursework.  It is considered the Capstone achievement for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University's PMGT program and upon successful completion students are conferred with their Master of Science degree in Project Management.

I have created this portfolio as an example for students to follow in creating their portfolios.  It contains three artifacts for each process in the portfolio matrix, PMBOK Figure 3-1, along with descriptive narrative for each of the individual Process Groups, Knowledge Areas and processes.
